The SOLEWERK Hotel is located in the county and spa district of Bad Salzungen, rich in tradition, nestled in the valley of Werra between the Thuringian Forest and the Rhön river. Even before the Second World War and until the political changes that took place in 1989/90, the famous "Hotel Freundschaft" stood opposite the train station.
At the beginning of the 1990s the old "Hotel Freundschaft" was demolished and the present hotel was built. In 1993, the first Eurohotel "Salzunger Hof" was opened, which was a central meeting place for numerous guests in the region.
Since autumn of 2011, the "Salzunger Hof" has been extensively refurbished and modernized. As a result today's solewerk hotel was founded, which now continues the history of this traditional building.
Our house is based on the individual needs of its guests and lets you experience a relaxed stay in the comfortable feel-good atmosphere of our house.
